Technology support for staff, faculty, and students

Wireless Network Access

Faculty and staff may access the wireless network at Madera Community College using the following configuration information provided below. The WLAN at MCC requires the user to authenticate to the network using the same username and password that is used to access your desktop computer in your office.

WIFI LOGIN INFORMATION

To connect to the WiFi at any college within Madera Community College, and other affiliated campuses, follow these steps:

1. Search for the network: On your WiFi-capable device, look for the SCWIFI-Staff network.
2. Login: Use your SCCCD login credentials, which are the same as those you use for MyPortal. If it's your first time logging in, refer to the instructions provided in your welcome email.
3. Technical Support: If you encounter issues or need help with your passwords or connecting to the WiFi, you can contact MCC Technology Services and Support department at (559) 675-4879.
