- Check your student email for your “degree/certificate Application” status, and if instructed, meet with a Madera Community College counselor to review graduation eligibility
- Clear any financial holds with the Business Office .
- If considering career employment after graduation, please visit the Career & Employment Center
- You can update your contact information through Self-Service on MyPortal.
- Order an official transcript . Make sure to request an “End of Term” transcript to ensure it is processed after your degree has posted
- Congratulations!
If you expect to complete your program (degree/certificate) by the end of the Summer 2024 semester, Fall 2024 semester, or Spring 2025 semester, please apply for graduation by the deadlines listed below through Self Service.
After the April 1st degree/certificate deadline, an email will be sent to eligible students with RSVP information. If you have questions regarding the RSVP email, contact the Admissions & Records Office at 559-675-4848 to check your eligibility.
Caps, gowns, stoles, and tassels are now available for purchase at the Madera Community College Bookstore on campus, or you can order regalia online.
Quantities of each size are limited, so make sure to purchase your regalia early to ensure what you need is in stock. The deadline to purchase and pick up regalia from the bookstore is Friday, May 23, while supplies last.
