*Fees must be paid by 5:00 p.m. on the scheduled due date or your class(es) may be dropped. The Business Services Office will not drop students for non-payment of fees once the class begins. Students are responsible for dropping their own classes. See refund policy for deadlines.

Notes regarding financial aid:

Financial aid recipients must apply for the renewal of their financial aid each year.
Financial Aid is available for eligible students. See the Financial Aid Office for information
Students will need to complete a 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 FAFSA for Summer 2024 or a 2024-2025 BOGG application for California College Promise Grant consideration.

On-Line:

Log into MyPortal and go the Self-Service app. Then go to "Pay on My Account."

In Person:

Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card payments are accepted at the Admissions and Records Office in AM-115 during regular office business hours.

By Telephone:

Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card payments are accepted by telephone during regular office business hours.
