Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) are critical to improve food safety with all produce. Great training skills will increase retention of the information so employees can consistently improve food safety. This program is designed to provide Fieldworker Food Safety Information and make the trainer aware of their presentation skills so they can become a more effective communicator.
