The Administrative Assistant certificate program is a 5 week hybrid training program. This program is designed not just to enhance technical skills in Microsoft Office but also to develop the soft skills crucial for success in any administrative role. Through a combination of lectures, hands-on exercises, and assessments, participants will emerge from the program as well-rounded, competent administrative professionals ready for entry-level administrative support careers in all industries.

Cancellations received up to five (5) working days before the course start date are refundable, minus a $25 processing fee. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire course fee. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are responsible for payment.
