Madera Educational Master Plan (EMP)

Madera (Community) College is working with a consulting firm to finalize the EMP (proposal 09.27.19). The following are the completed conversations, workgroups sessions have taken so far. The planning began Fall 2019 with a deadline for completion in April, Spring 2020.  

• 11/14/2019 – Guided Pathways core leads (brainstorm and information session)
• 12/11/2019 – EMP planning session (comprised of faculty, administration, and staff)
• 01/09/2020 – Opening Day (presentation, feedback and workgroups)
• 01/14/2020 – EMP touch-base with campus (Deans and Program Review Lead)
• 02/21/2020 – College Hour workgroup
