Student Support Forum

Wednesday, December 4 • 4 p.m. – 5 p.m. in AM-123 Auditorium

As we navigate recent developments at the national level, it is crucial that we come together to support one another and ensure that every student at Madera Community College feels valued, safe, and supported.

To address these critical issues, I am hosting a Student Support Forum on Wednesday, December 4, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the AM 123 Auditorium. This forum is an opportunity for open dialogue and discussion about the resources and strategies we are implementing to support our students.

Key topics will include:

• Legal Support Services: Information on resources available to students navigating legal challenges.
• Psychological Services: Insights into the mental health support available to help students manage stress and uncertainty.
• State Chancellor’s Office Protocols: An overview of the guidelines and initiatives to protect and empower our campus community.

This forum is a space for all voices to be heard. Your input is invaluable as we work collaboratively to uphold our campus values of inclusion and equity.
